Cherry Jam ingredients:
Cherry 1200 g
Sugar 420 g
Lemon Juice 1 1/2

Cherry in wine syrup ingredients:
Cherry 500 g
Sugar 150 g
White Wine 150 g
Lemon juice 20 g

extra wine as you like after finished cooking the wine syrup
